We are seeking a detail-oriented UI Configuration Specialist to design, configure, and maintain user interfaces on low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms like SmartSuite, Archer, and ProcessUnity, coupled with a basic understanding of data integration, SQL, Python, and ETL processes. This role involves collaborating with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth system functionality and data consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize user interfaces on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., SmartSuite, Archer, ProcessUnity).

• Support system setup, workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation rules.

• Assist with data integration tasks, including ETL processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Write basic SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, or validate data.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to translate requirements into system configurations.

• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend improvements to optimize user experience.

• Maintain documentation of UI configurations, workflows, and integration processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as SmartSuite, Archer, or ProcessUnity.

• Basic understanding of Snowflake, SQL, and Python.

• Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dashboard creation, reporting, or analytics in low-code/no-code platforms.

• Familiarity with API integrations or automation tools.

• Understanding of workflow orchestration and business process automation.
