Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily test goals, ensuring test cases align with project requirements.
• Create and document test cases and use cases.
• Participate in defect triage and manage defect reports.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
• Communicate defects clearly in reports seen by 150+ people, including senior leadership.
• Demonstrate confidence when presenting defects and test results to senior leadership and teams.
• Manage testing in a fast-paced environment while preparing for upcoming cycles.

 

Skills & Qualifications

• Manual testing experience, including familiarity with HP ALM.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear defect reports.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent time management.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-changing project requirements.
• Confidence in presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
