Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Treasury System Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in treasury or accounting systems, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams. The Treasury System Analyst will manage, support, and optimize treasury systems to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Wall Street Suite (WSS), including updates to cash, transaction, and accounting modules based on business requirements.
- Support month-end and other closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Partner with treasury and cash management teams across TFS and affiliates in Canada and Mexico to resolve business issues and implement system enhancements.
- Maintain and generate custom reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and relevance.
- Manage documentation, approvals, and processes to uphold internal controls and compliance standards.
- Assist with audit preparation by gathering and validating system documentation and support.
- Investigate and resolve application issues related to transaction processing, cash settlements, and accounting within WSS.
- Conduct quality assurance testing, system validations, and perform data analysis using SQL and treasury system tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to test system upgrades, patches, and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing, enhancing, and standardizing treasury system processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in treasury systems, accounting systems, or financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and applications.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and treasury functions.
- Experience with Wall Street Suite (WSS) and/or SAP is a plus.
Preferred / Additional Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Additional years of experience on treasury or accounting system projects.
- Specialized skills in treasury management systems or financial data analytics.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
