Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess financial data, cash flows, and treasury processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements related to treasury operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support liquidity management and cash flow analysis.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to treasury and cash management.
• Assess and analyze the impact of financial market trends and regulatory changes on the organization's financial position.
• Participate in the development and execution of cash management strategies to optimize working capital.
• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of treasury management systems (TMS) and related software.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial strategies and risk management.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial and analytical projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in treasury operations and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management processes, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including treasury management systems (TMS).
• Excellent data analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with large datasets and conduct financial data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a corporate finance or treasury role is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) are a bonus.
