We are looking for a Transformation Leader to lead and manage our transformation projects. The Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving organizational change through the implementation of process improvement and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee transformation projects from inception to completion and ensure successful implementation
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Establish performance metrics and develop reports to track progress
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts when needed
• Develop strategic plans for transformation projects, ensuring key objectives are met in a timely manner
• Train teams on new processes and technologies, ensuring proper adoption and usage
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments where necessary

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in transformation projects
• Knowledge of QA tools & technologies
