• Bachelor's Degree Instructional Systems Design, Business, Education, or related field.
• Extensive experience delivering customer training programs to professionally diverse individuals and groups of users.
• Proficiency with current and legacy versions of the Windows operating systems including XP, 7, 8, 10, and others.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
• Ability to develop and/or update training content such as training manuals, demonstration models, multimedia, and tutorials.
• Ability to design and develop assessments to measure progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and theory.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in instructor-led training (ILT)
