Objectives of this role
- Modifies and maintains TPF existing systems to address changes in business processes.
- Performs research, analysis, design, creation, and implementation in TPF systems to meet current and future user requirements.
- Provides estimates of work effort for client projects
- Incident management, Problem management, change management using ServiceNow.
- Meeting the Service levels for resolution of reported application issues.
- Functions as a technical resource for other team members
- Assists QA team with questions and test cases
- Develops System documentation and provide assistance with user documentation
- Conducts Code Reviews for all other developers on the team
- Answers questions from the business as well as provide Adhoc queries when requested
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholder to understand the requirement and perform TPF analysis.
- Analytical Ability
- At least 5 years full systems life cycle experience including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, requirements specifications, detail design, program specifications, coding, and unit/system testing.
- Strong technical knowledge within specialty.
Required skills and qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in TPF development or support
- Experience in Hospitality Industry is a plus
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong working knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, and other requirement management tools.
- Strong working knowledge in Agile and SAFe methodologies
