Roles and Responsibilities

• Build new financial and merchandise planning models and enhancements. Test, validate and migrate from lower environments.
• Maintain and optimize existing models. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to provide high availability and reliability.
• Establish data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow within the planning system and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor daily data loads and validation processes, remediate and escalate as needed. Provide on call support.
• Develop related end user interfaces and reporting.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Document functional and technical aspects of planning models to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years' experience working with enterprise planning systems, health insurance industry background a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Aptitude for complex problem solving and a high level of attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of relevant planning system architecture, components and data integration processes.
• Proficiency to work with minimal supervision, Thorough understanding of business processes and financial statements 
• Expertise in TM1/Planning Analytics and Python preferred
