** At least 4 years of multi-client support experience - MSP background experience
** Troubleshooting Windows Client and Server Operating Systems
** Windows OS and Server support - server backups and general administration
** Hardware and Software end user support
** Office365 administration - full suite support
** Cloud platform support - Azure
** Network troubleshooting
** Documenting internal procedures
** Must hold a valid driver's license
** Great Interpersonal skills: telephony skills, communication skills, active listening

Desirable: -
** Mac OS and Mac device experience
** ConnectWise CRM, LabTech RMM
** Certifications such as MCSE, A+, Network+, VMWare.
