Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide and review code for the ThingWorx development team, enforcing best practices for quality, standards, and architecture.
• Develop custom extensions for ThingWorx to address non-OOTB requirements.
• Document and maintain detailed system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Manage daily team activities, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users, championing reusable architecture assets.
• Communicate, design, develop, install, and test solutions within the ThingWorx platform.
• Provide leadership in Agile/DevOps environments and deliver business value in R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing areas.

Required Experience

• In-depth expertise in PTC ThingWorx Platform, including custom extension development.
• Experience in the Medical Device Industry with strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and web services.
• Familiarity with methodologies and tools like Agile, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• 10+ years of experience, including extensive work with ThingWorx as a Solution Architect.
