- Working knowledge or previous experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and processes including ApttConga CLM.

- Expertise in Salesforce systems including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Quote to Cash/CLM solutions included ApttConga CLM.

- Working knowledge / Experience of UAT processes.

- Experience with User experience testing approach and tools.

- Functional knowledge of JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, and JIRA reporting.

- Understanding of Java, Selenium, Apium.

- Thorough understanding of Agile, SQA methodologies and SDLC.
