We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts for a large-scale, multi-year transformation program within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will define test strategy, manage QA teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex enterprise systems in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all testing activities across large-scale transformation programs
- Define and implement test strategy, test planning, and test estimation
- Coordinate and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreams
- Ensure end-to-end quality assurance across P&C insurance applications
- Collaborate with business, development, and product teams in Agile delivery cycles
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps
- Ensure automation coverage and continuous improvement of QA processes
- Validate data using SQL and support backend testing needs
- Oversee automation frameworks using Playwright and Ranorex
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a QA/Test Manager
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
- Expertise in test strategy, test planning, and test estimation
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Experience with test automation tools like Microsoft Playwright and Ranorex
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
