Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution for electric utility applications (e.g., SCADA, DERMS, EMS).
• Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and define test strategies.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, cross-platform, and performance testing.
• Develop and execute test scripts, including manual and automated testing.
• Write bug reports and provide objective feedback to development teams.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
• Coordinate and communicate testing progress and issues to stakeholders through regular updates.
• Manage all interfaces between vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders, implementing process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in testing, with a focus on electric utility applications and business requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of the electricity distribution business and testing lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, writing test scripts, and conducting various types of testing (e.g., functional, integration, performance).
