Responsibilities

• Automate the testing and validation of Terraform IaC scripts to ensure code quality and compliance.
• Design and develop scripts for end-to-end testing, including unit tests, static code analysis, integration, functional, and performance tests.
• Leverage Terraform test frameworks (e.g., Checkov, Terraform-compliance) to validate Terraform code.
• Utilize Python for various automation tasks related to testing and IaC validation.
• Collaborate with cloud foundation teams to understand deliverables and automate testing for infrastructure components.
• Implement strategies for validating code coverage, static code analysis, and identifying code smells.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years in Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks and Terraform testing tools.
• Experience with Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with test frameworks like Checkov, Terraform-compliance, and static code analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of IaC validation, unit testing, and integration testing.
