Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development, testing, and product teams to understand data requirements for different testing needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for the creation, storage, and maintenance of test data for various test environments.
• Design and implement mappings and workflows for test data generation using Informatica PowerCenter and ensure that appropriate masking techniques are applied to maintain data privacy and security compliance.
• Automate the test data provisioning process to enable self-service capabilities for stakeholders, reducing dependency on manual processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test data availability, quality, and integrity, ensuring that test data is suitable for testing purposes.
• Provide guidance and support to testing teams on best practices for test data management and data automation testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for test data management, including but not limited to data privacy, security, and data integrity.
• Continuously monitor and enhance test data processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills

• API/Microservices Testing with tools like RestAssured.
• AWS Cloud Data Testing and experience working with cloud-based environments.
• BI Reports/Data Visualization Testing, ensuring that data is effectively visualized and presented for business intelligence purposes.
• Cloud Migration and Platform Modernization Testing for ensuring smooth transitions and compatibility of test data across platforms.
• Data Automation Testing, specifically with tools like qData.
• Experience with ETL / Data Warehouse Testing and ensuring that data flows correctly through data pipelines.
• Python experience for Data Automation Testing, automating test data-related processes and workflows.
• Selenium-Java Testing for automated testing of web applications and services.
• SQL & Database Testing, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data stored in databases.
• Test Data Management (TDM) Testing experience to develop, implement, and maintain test data strategies.
• Experience with Tosca Data Integrity (DI) Testing for ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and provide timely solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of data privacy, security compliance, and test data lifecycle management.
• Previous experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
