- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum overall experience of 10+ years in software testing.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Tosca testing tool.
- Leading customer discussions
- Developing test strategies
- Creating and executing test plans
- Managing test teams and overseeing defects lifecycle management.
- Worked with various test tools – TOSCA, Worksoft
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, proven both in relations with teammates, partners, customers, and external stakeholders
- Completed university degree
- Excellent Business Communication Skill
- Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants
Must Have
- Strong expertise in manual testing of web applications.
- Proficient in using testing tools such as Tosca, QTest.
- Experience in automation and performance testing.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Organization (ADO).
