Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for defining Test Automation Strategy.
  
• Test planning, guiding team on script design.
  
• Coordination with client team for Test environment, and test data.
  
• Ensure Test artifacts are consistent and of the right quality.
  
• Ensuring progress of test activities as per plan adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs.
  
• Investigate and diagnose problems, and propose and execute the solution.
  
• Provide leadership and direction to the team.
  
• Participation in project reviews and Internal as well as External audits.
  
• Contribution towards test automation practice by conducting training sessions, developing reusable assets, conducting interviews, RFP support, and working on POCs.

Required Experience/Skills

• Experience in working with large-scale and complex programs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Continuous testing environments.
  Experience in test automation for middleware and batch applications, API and service testing, and Service virtualization.
• Expertise on multi- automation tools like Selenium, TOSCA, TestComplete, UiPath, AccelQ, and UFT.
• Experience in creating Test Strategies and Test artifacts based on requirements and design documents.
• Excellent understanding of the Testing Lifecycle and the different types of testing such as Functional and Integration Testing.
• Knowledge of the different life cycle development models and methodologies used to develop large software-intensive platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in AI/ML/GenAI solutions for testing.
• Experience with virtualized products/services/solutions.
