• Define and maintain test strategies, frameworks, and architecture for API and UI testing.
• Lead QA efforts by guiding teams, clarifying priorities, and driving quality best practices.
• Design, review, and execute test cases, with strong focus on RESTful API validation.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for test management, documentation, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align on requirements, risks, and quality goals.
• Support UI testing efforts and ensure comprehensive regression and functional coverage.
• Communicate technical insights clearly and influence decisions across technical and business stakeholders.
