Role Summary

As a Teradata Developer, you will be responsible for end to end ETL Design, Implementation and Deployment. You will use your experience in Teradata SQL Development along with some of the most advanced MPP Database technologies like Teradata Aster, Hadoop and Big Data Analytics tools to come up with creative solutions to very large scale business problems.

• Designing and developing Teradata databases
• Configuring and testing Teradata systems
• Troubleshooting Teradata systems
• Liaising with Teradata support staff and other technical teams
• Providing training and support to end users

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience as Teradata developer.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries in Teradata.
• Should have worked on Teradata tools and utilities like BTEQ, TPT, Fast load, Multiload, etc.
• Should have knowledge of Teradata indexes and how they work internally.
• Should be familiar with basic concepts of SAS
