The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Service Portal development, along with excellent communication and technical skills. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications and enterprise portal solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Frontend Development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Angular

- ServiceNow Service Portal
- Experience developing responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced customization of ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.
- Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Design, customize, and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal widgets, components, and pages.
- Collaborate with backend development teams to integrate APIs and business services.
- Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across multiple devices and browsers.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, code reviews, and testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance.
