Roles and Responsibilities

• Architecture Review and Feedback: Lead the review and improvement of application architecture, providing technical guidance and ensuring solutions align with best practices and business goals.
• Coordination with Customer and Offshore Team: Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and offshore development teams. Ensure clear communication, efficient collaboration, and on-time delivery of features and updates.
• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of scalable, performant, and reusable web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and modern frontend technologies. Ensure the codebase is clean, maintainable, and adheres to industry standards.
• DevOps Practices: Drive and manage DevOps processes, including the creation of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and continuous integration. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Contribute to the iterative development of features and bug fixes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
• Code Quality and Mentorship: Ensure code quality through peer reviews, pair programming, and adherence to coding standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Customer-Facing Interaction: Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and resolve any issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, particularly with ReactJS and NextJS.
• Strong understanding of reactive programming principles and techniques.
• Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, with a strong ability to adapt to evolving requirements and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams, including offshore resources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices architecture and design.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with additional testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
