Technology Lead – Java | Spring Boot

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, development, testing, and production support.

The role requires strong hands-on development skills along with the ability to design scalable distributed systems and lead module-level deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with client stakeholders and business users across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Design, build, and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka
• Work on cloud-based solutions using AWS services
• Create high-level and low-level design documents for application modules
• Ensure high-quality code delivery with performance and reliability considerations
• Lead testing efforts including unit, integration, and system testing
• Support deployment, production rollout, and post-production activities
• Report progress, risks, and issues using defined project tracking tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Required Skills
