We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – Data on Cloud / AWS with strong expertise in cloud technologies, machine learning, and AI/ML model development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions on cloud platforms, with AWS as the primary environment.
Must-Have Skills

Technical Responsibilities
- Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business insights.
- Design and implement AI solutions for predictive analytics, automation, recommendation systems, NLP, and computer vision.
- Build and maintain data pipelines supporting model training and deployment.
- Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and monitor model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders.
- Perform model evaluation, tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Research and implement emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and present technical findings to stakeholders.
