We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – Data Integration with strong expertise in AWS Redshift, Informatica, Kafka, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data integration initiatives, contribute to architecture and design, and drive delivery excellence in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of data integration solutions
- Work across all phases of the SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and production support
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions
- Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain data quality standards
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies
- Provide regular status updates and ensure timely delivery
Required Skills
- Strong experience with AWS Redshift
- Hands-on experience with Kafka (real-time data streaming)
- Expertise in Informatica (PowerCenter/IICS)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of data integration, ETL, and data warehousing
