Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain custom technology solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Leverage GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring code quality and deployment efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as Power Automate for workflow automation and process improvements.
• Analyze requirements and propose appropriate application and system architectures that integrate software, databases, and delivery systems.
• Identify and resolve application architecture and compatibility issues, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in software development and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and GitLab
• Solid understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and system design principles
• Experience in software testing, debugging, and documentation

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Low-Code/No-Code platforms
• Experience with Blue Prism and Moveworks automation tools
• Familiarity with Hugo (static site generator or related tech stack)
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development
