We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Professional to design, implement, maintain, and optimize complex Order Management and Retail systems in support of the client ecosystem. The ideal candidate will own the integration landscape across OMS, Kibo, Orderful, and DropShip capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment between client business processes and technology platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage, enhance, and document client current OMS / Kibo / Orderful platform capabilities
- Drive seamless end-to-end integration between Orderful, Kibo, and Kibo DropShip modules within the client environment
- Deliver technical and functional assessments, gap analyses, and solution architectures to enhance existing client and processes
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage delivery backlogs in an Agile environment
- Identify and develop engineering components required to stand up the client Drop Ship module
- Construct end-to-end test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned to client Definition of Done
- Collaborate with AutoZone partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Document current-state processes and propose future-state improvements across the client retail tech stack
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with OMS platforms (preferably Kibo Commerce)
- Strong understanding of EDI/API-based order routing
- Experience with DropShip fulfillment models and retailer integrations
- Proven ability to conduct functional gap analysis and technical solutioning
- Agile/Scrum practitioner with hands-on delivery management experience
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams to align on requirements and outcomes
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
