Technical Test Lead – Automated Testing & Test Automation Framework Design

We are seeking an experienced QA professional to lead test automation initiatives with a focus on Anaplan integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in finance, HR, and workforce functions, and a strong background in test automation frameworks. This role is responsible for driving automation strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery across functional, integration, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks for Anaplan integrations.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing with an emphasis on automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure test coverage for finance, HR, and workforce modules.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation best practices.
• Support and mentor QA team members in automation and Anaplan testing approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of QA experience with a focus on automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan integrations.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Knowledge of finance, HR, and workforce processes.

Preferred Skills

• Automation of Anaplan modules.
• Experience in test strategy and framework design for enterprise applications.
