We are seeking a skilled Technical System Analyst responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of agency applications within the Client System Engineering Methodology (SEM). This role involves managing project assignments, ensuring effective deployment of application updates, and providing technical support for systems implemented in the Management Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain client/server and web-based applications.
- Provide technical support for applications using MS Dynamics (365), PowerApps, Azure DevOps, and other technologies.
- Collaborate in requirement gathering, planning, system analysis, design, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Ensure timely release and deployment of application updates and modifications.
- Maintain and support applications involving technologies like MS Visual Studio, MS SQL, C#, ASP.NET, Java, HTML, XML, and more.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web portals, databases, and infrastructure/network support.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with web-based and client/server technologies.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, system support, and problem resolution.
- Proven experience with application lifecycle management, from design through deployment.
- MS Dynamics (365): 3-5 years
- PowerApps: Highly preferred
- Azure DevOps: 5+ years
- Web Portal Development: 3-5 years
- Database Experience: 1-3 years
- Infrastructure/Network/Application Support: 5+ years
- Troubleshooting (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.): 5+ years
- PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect – Highly preferred.
