Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all project phases, ensuring successful delivery of web application projects from scratch.
• Lead project teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure alignment with project timelines, deliverables, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and team members to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Apply technical expertise to understand the software stack and how operating systems interact, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Lead teams through creative and critical thinking processes to solve complex technical challenges and deconstruct problems.
• Define and execute processes that ensure smooth project execution and meet organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, balancing both technical and non-technical perspectives.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders at various levels.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with GenAI (Generative AI) technologies and implementation.
• Strong experience in managing web application projects, particularly from scratch.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Excellent understanding of operating systems and software architecture.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Technical orientation with a problem-solving mindset, adept at resolving conflicts and guiding teams to solutions.
• Proven track record in defining, refining, and executing project management processes.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, AI/ML systems, and advanced web development practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.) and version control systems (Git).
