As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects from inception to completion. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring that delivery deadlines are met, governance routines are followed, and cross-project dependencies are managed. You will also be responsible for adhering to change management policies and supporting program management tools and techniques in alignment with the clients's Change and Project Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the project subject matter expert, ensuring effective delivery of technical projects within established deadlines and governance routines.
• Formally manage change controls related to scope, schedule, and budget to adhere to Change Management policies.
• Utilize program management tools and techniques in alignment with the client's Change and Project Management Framework to support project execution.
• Create, maintain, and manage project budgets, including identifying risks and opportunities, and escalating any variances.
• Engage with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups to ensure project alignment and address any issues.
• Oversee process release management and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Apply knowledge of Agile and waterfall software delivery methodologies to guide project execution.
• Manage projects with significant impact across multiple lines of business, ensuring that cross-functional and inter-departmental implications are addressed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to navigate a matrix management model and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize workload effectively.
• Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups.
• Extensive experience in process release management and navigating organizational policies and procedures.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and waterfall software delivery methodologies.
• Experience in delivering large projects with significant cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project budgets, identifying risks, and managing variances.
