Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tech operational activities and ensure on-time delivery of team outputs.
• Maintain and improve the team playbook, ensuring it remains up-to-date.
• Establish standard operating procedures for reporting, file management, versioning, and archiving.
• Develop and manage team dashboards and communication to foster collaboration.
• Evaluate and optimize vendor contracts and software deals for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving alignment and achieving common goals.
• Report on team achievements with a strategic, data-driven approach to executive leadership.
• Analyze complex data, identify trends, and present insights using tools like PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Strong program management skills, with a Product Owner mindset.
