Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in healthcare technology to lead complex technical programs and enterprise software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile program management, cross-functional leadership, enterprise implementations, and delivering scalable technology solutions in CI/CD-enabled environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across product, engineering, and enterprise software teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum and scaled Agile execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage the technology workstream for enterprise client implementations, systems integrations, and SaaS/platform deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery impediments, and manage program risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define priorities and execution plans.
• Track program progress, milestones, KPIs, and communicate status to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, release management, and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare industry standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management, software delivery, or technology leadership.
• Proven experience managing technical programs across product development, engineering, or enterprise software delivery.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile/Scrum and scaled Agile (SAFe or similar) delivery models.
• Strong experience managing enterprise client implementations, systems integration, or SaaS/platform delivery.
• Experience working in CI/CD-enabled development environments and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps, release management, and Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Agile, Scrum Master, PMP, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives.
