Technical Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise-scale delivery programs for a Fortune 500 client.

📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local candidates preferred)

Required Qualifications:

✅ 12+ years of overall IT experience
✅ Strong Technical Program Management & Delivery experience
✅ Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud preferred)
✅ Finance domain experience
✅ PMP Certification (Mandatory)
✅ Scrum Master/Agile Certification
✅ Experience working with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams
✅ Strong Agile/Scrum delivery background
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to create executive-level presentations and quick client decks

Preferred:

✔ AI knowledge/exposure is a plus
✔ Experience managing enterprise programs for Fortune 500 organizations
