Technical Product Owner – Enterprise Web Platform Enhancements & Migration

We have an active opportunity for an experienced Technical Product Owner to support enhancements to a highly customized web platform and lead preparation for a future vendor-governed platform migration. This is a complex, enterprise-grade environment that requires senior-level professionals who can ramp up quickly and operate effectively with limited documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and prioritize enhancements to the current, heavily customized implementation.

• Lead planning and preparation efforts for a future vendor-governed platform migration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a controlled enterprise environment, adhering to approval processes for design and data model changes.

• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to senior engineers working in complex, customized systems.

• Operate effectively in environments with limited documentation, ensuring continuity and quality of delivery.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Strong experience in complex enterprise systems with a focus on hands-on technical product ownership.

• Background in vendor-heavy ecosystems where design approvals are required.

• Comfortable working in controlled enterprise or VDI environments.

• Proven ability to support and enhance heavily customized systems.

• Domain experience in the insurance industry (distribution, compensation, policy systems) is a plus.
