Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions, from ideation through development to launch.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define product vision, and prioritize features.
• Ensure compliance with relevant payment industry regulations, including PCI DSS, PSD2, and GDPR.
• Leverage knowledge of the credit card ecosystem and payment systems to drive product development and enhancements.
• Oversee the integration of payment gateways, tokenization processes, and acquirers into the product architecture.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure that product development aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the fintech industry, particularly with credit cards and digital wallets, in a B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of payment industry regulations (PCI DSS, PSD2, GDPR). Certification experience is a plus.
• Experience in payment product development and familiarity with payment architecture and integration.
• Knowledge of tokenization, payment gateways, and acquirers.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex requirements under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
