Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of patient engagement solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS, and AI-driven workflows. Ensure seamless integration across platforms while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce Health Cloud and Patient CRM implementations.
  • Design end-to-end workflows integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with AWS to create a “single source of truth” for patient data.
  • Develop and orchestrate custom AI Agents using AWS Bedrock for real-time patient insights and interventions.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and related tools.
  • Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and pharma regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate across teams and vendors, communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support agile delivery and optimize data workflows.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and/or other Patient CRM platforms.
  • Strong AWS experience including Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and AWS Bedrock.
  • Proven ability to develop AI-driven patient engagement solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance and pharma compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, MLR processes).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
