Lead the design and delivery of patient engagement solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS, and AI-driven workflows. Ensure seamless integration across platforms while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Health Cloud and Patient CRM implementations.
- Design end-to-end workflows integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with AWS to create a “single source of truth” for patient data.
- Develop and orchestrate custom AI Agents using AWS Bedrock for real-time patient insights and interventions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and related tools.
- Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and pharma regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across teams and vendors, communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support agile delivery and optimize data workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and/or other Patient CRM platforms.
- Strong AWS experience including Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and AWS Bedrock.
- Proven ability to develop AI-driven patient engagement solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance and pharma compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, MLR processes).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
