We are seeking a skilled Technical/Functional Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MAWM Active, proven configuration and testing expertise, and a solid understanding of WMS technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and test MAWM Active WMS solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring all functionalities work as intended.
- Participate in at least one complete life-cycle implementation of WMS solutions, from planning through execution and post-deployment support.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, testing plans, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on WMS functionalities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging WMS technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with WMS technologies, with hands-on expertise in MAWM Active.
- Proven experience in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Active WMS solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in a full life-cycle implementation of WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and best practices.
