Roles and Responsibilities

Program Administration

• Coordinate and manage meetings, content, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Organize Steering Committee meetings, including logistics and content development to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Align stakeholders across internal and external AI capabilities to ensure cohesive progress.
• Develop and distribute regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and communication flow.

Strategic Planning

• Collaborate closely with business and technical leaders to identify, refine, and prioritize use cases and problem statements.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate project success and value realization.
• Maintain and update the use case master file to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews encompassing security, responsible AI, and architectural considerations.
• Ensure appropriate IT resources are allocated and engaged for project initiatives.
• Identify and manage data requirements to support successful project outcomes.

Technical Coordination

• Lead and coordinate deployment activities within the data platform operations.
• Provide production support and address operational issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Serve as the liaison between onsite and offshore teams to streamline communication and deliverables.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of SQL, Python, and AWS services to evaluate solutions and troubleshooting efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing data warehousing or data platform projects.
• Strong operational experience in data platform deployments and production support.
• Experience coordinating across distributed (onsite and offshore) teams.
• Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and AWS services (conversant level).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and contribute to solution discussions.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities, security, and architecture best practices preferred.
