Responsibilities

• Define the scope and requirements for digital commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Own the refinement of user stories, ensuring they are well-defined and ready for estimation.
• Establish clear acceptance criteria for all backlog items to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct detailed analysis of system integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, QA, etc.) to design scalable, secure, and efficient platforms and services.
• Develop workflows, use cases, and process diagrams to guide technical teams.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, and process flows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital commerce and technology.
• Utilizes artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirement alignment sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a digital commerce domain.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of- Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred)
• Web Services & Microservice Architecture
• Kubernetes: Experience with container orchestration and management.
• CI/CD (Gitlab preferred)
• Observability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
