Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Confluence, including user guides, technical references, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand API functionality, parameters, and integration points to create accurate and clear documentation.
• Review and interpret code through GitHub repositories to create technical content and documentation.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements are clearly documented and aligned with the project's technical deliverables.
• Work with internal teams on security-related projects and other initiatives to provide documentation and support.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effective communication of complex technical concepts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and interpret code (Java preferred).
• Hands-on experience working with GitHub for code review and creating documentation based on code insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating customer-facing documentation.
• Solid understanding of API concepts and the ability to clearly explain technical details.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical jargon into clear, user-friendly content.

Preferred

• Experience with security-related projects.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
