Responsibilities

• Requirements Translation: Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications (including REST API contracts, use cases, flow diagrams, and user stories).
• Solution Design: Lead solution design discussions, working with stakeholders to finalize requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point of contact for production issues, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution support related to requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions and requirements.
• Technical Knowledge: Utilize a basic understanding of Cassandra DB or any NoSQL DB and Kafka events to support the development and integration of backend solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product management and business/system analysis.
• Strong experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications, including REST API contracts, user stories, and flow diagrams.
• Proven ability to drive solution design discussions and finalize detailed requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and acting as an escalation point for requirement-related issues.
• Basic understanding of Cassandra DB or NoSQL databases, and/or Kafka events.
