Responsibilities:

• Support the project throughout its lifecycle, from conception to deployment and post-implementation evaluation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical aptitude.
• Proven track record in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and database concepts.
• Familiarity with project management and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams, facilitating effective communication.
• Experience in various industries and domains is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), are a bonus.
