Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of customer solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
• Lead and manage change teams delivering enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs, focusing on Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Design and deploy OCM solutions for Microsoft enterprise customers across multiple industries, ensuring successful adoption and business outcomes.
• Lead OCM delivery teams, conduct customer meetings, and drive customer satisfaction across LATAM, the United States, and Canada.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs, guiding them through the change process while achieving business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and digital technologies, including Microsoft Azure, M365 Copilot, and Data AI.
• Proven experience in leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Prosci certification with hands-on experience in OCM solution architecture and implementation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing cross-regional teams and engaging with customers effectively.
• Ability to drive customer and business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
