Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical support requests from end-users.
  • Monitor and manage helpdesk ticketing systems to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new users on IT systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address complex technical issues and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and IT policies.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical support or IT administration.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of both Mac and PC operating systems
  • Experience deploying laptops and handling equipment issues/tickets.
