Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical and functional project delivery, ensuring that business requirements are translated into efficient technical solutions.
• Develop and execute project plans, allocating resources effectively and ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Work on configuring ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications based on business needs.
• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions that address both business and technical requirements.
• Understand business processes and workflows to propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide escalation support for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop test cases, conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and manage the testing life cycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes and technical solutions for greater efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and status checks to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 12 years of experience working in both technical and functional roles.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and driving both technical and business success.
• Experience in system configuration, process design, and enterprise software implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Deep experience in a specific business domain (e.g., finance, supply chain, sales) would be beneficial.
• Strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications and platforms, with the ability to lead solution architecture and configuration.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data integration, middleware, and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
