Job Description
  • A managed service CyberArk engineer plays a key role in the daily operations of the system, ensuring it's running efficiently and that requests via ticketing systems are completed with SLAs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to CyberArk's PAM solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems, including configuration issues, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues using various tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of CyberArk products and services.


Required Experience/Skills
  • Experience deploying a privileged access management solution in a multi-domain, network-segmented environment and Integrating CA-PAM solutions with identity platforms.
  • Experienced with Linux, Windows, and other platforms.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell & REST API integrations).
  • Experience in CA-PAM Policy management (creation/configuration), CA-PAM Job scheduling, and debugging issues with CA-PAM appliances.
  • Strong knowledge of CA-Privilege Access Manager and password policies.
  • Strong Technical expertise in handling projects, driving end-to-end closure, and Project management experience.
