Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter, including architecture, design, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive solution maps and architectural designs
• Provide technical guidance to IT teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate existing strategies, plans, and assumptions related to Teamcenter deployment
• Define and refine the DevOps and development strategy to support ongoing and parallel development initiatives
• Assist in establishing scalable processes and best practices for Teamcenter development and operations
• Provide recommendations for improving deployment strategies and roadmaps
• Support on-demand travel to client sites when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Engg / B.Tech) or equivalent
• 13–15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 10+ years in Teamcenter
• Proven experience in Teamcenter architecture and solution design
• Strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter modules and capabilities
• Hands-on experience in Teamcenter development is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement DevOps strategies within a Teamcenter environment
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year PLM implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with Siemens Teamcenter in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools used in PLM deployments
