Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies and plans for Teamcenter PLM.
• Assess the current data environment and identify systemic changes, and data model updates required to support migration from source(Enovia, Windchill, and ARAS) to target system (Teamcenter) 
• Analyze and map source data to target Teamcenter PLM structures.
• Define and document data transformation rules to ensure data integrity and consistency during migration.
• Lead the execution of data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Utilize migration tools and scripts to automate data migration tasks and improve efficiency.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues during and after migration.
• Provide regular updates and reports on migration progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Required Experience/Skills

• Hands-on experience with Siemens BDMT or any other bulk data migration tool is a must.
• Hands-on experience with TC13/14.
• Ability to develop SQL scripts and ITK codes to perform data migration & transformation.
• Proven experience in data migration within Teamcenter or other PLM systems.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter modules, data models, and architecture.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter migration tools, SQL, scripting languages (e.g., TCL, Python), and data transformation techniques. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in PLM or data migration are a plus
