Teamcenter Architect

Required Skills

• Siemens Teamcenter PLM (architecture, components, admin)
• Modules: Workflow, Structure Manager, Change Management, Access Management
• Unix/Linux and Windows environments
• Oracle / SQL Server basics
• ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy)
• Incident, problem, and change management handling

Functional Skills

• L2/L3 support for Teamcenter users
• Troubleshooting of application, data, and workflow issues
• System monitoring (stability, performance, availability)
• Incident/service request resolution via ITSM tools
• Root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Support upgrades, patches, hotfixes, releases
• Regression and UAT testing
• Data migration and validation support

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support: user admin (roles/groups), incident resolution, escalation handling
• Coordinate with Siemens GTAC for IRs/PRs
• Ensure all changes follow approved change control process
• Provide L3 support: complex issue resolution and RCA
• Plan and execute releases, patches, and maintenance activities
• Support deployment and production fixes
