Job Responsibilities

• Design and manage Delphix-based TDM solutions for data privatization and provisioning.
• Administer Delphix engines and Control Tower, including upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper data masking, profiling, and vulnerability remediation.
• Integrate Delphix with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams (Linux, Windows, DB2, etc.) and implement capacity planning.
• Automate tasks and generate reports via Delphix API.
• Lead TDM initiatives, ensuring data security and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with TDM tools (Delphix, IBM Optim, Informatica, etc.).
• Strong SQL, scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Expertise in Delphix engine setup, Control Tower, and data masking.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps integration.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance best practices.
• Strong collaboration with infrastructure teams (Linux, Windows, MSSQL, Oracle).
• Custom algorithm development and data profiling.
• Capacity planning and infrastructure diagramming.
